A No Credit Check Loan To Repair Your Credit

Ok, let’s be real here, if you had perfect credit or even good credit you would not be looking at no credit check loans.  Well, maybe you would if privacy is a major issue with you, since a no credit check loan can be very private, but that is another story altogether.  We’ll get to that later.  But for the moment let’s talk about the main reason why most people don’t want anyone to look at their credit.  Because it’s bad! It’s as simple as that, they are afraid if the lender sees bad credit they will refuse the loan, and thus no credit check loans are gaining popularity especially during this recession.

That isn’t exactly true.  Most conventional loans require proof of the ability to pay as well as payment history.  They run your credit score with one or all of the three major reporting agencies.  They also look at your assets and wages as well as any outstanding debts.  Many people are not aware that outstanding loans are listed on your credit history even while they are being paid down.  Those people who are aware of this know that outstanding debt can keep you from qualifying for a loan so they may, in turn, seek alternate financing such as no credit check loans.

Two of the most common loans where a lender is unlikely to need a credit report would be no credit check payday loans and no credit check auto loans.  Payday loans are granted if you can prove employment, the amount you make and have a valid open checking account.  These no credit check loans are usually small loans and you leave a post dated check payable on your next pay period for the full amount of the loan plus any finance charges.  An auto loan is generally larger and they hold the title to your vehicle until the loan is paid in full.  A loan against your car title is not legal in all states so depending on your state, such a no credit check loan may not be available. At least not through trustworthy lenders. Some states consider this predatory lending and legislate against it to protect consumers from exorbitant interest and finance fees. Even though a no credit check loan can be very helpful, it sometimes comes with exorbitant interest rates.

Bad credit personal loans and credit debt consolidation loans usually require some form of collateral.  If you have none then this may not be a viable option for you.  However, if you do have property and other assets that you want to offer as collateral for a loan you may still not be comfortable having anyone privy to your personal information.  Maybe you are uneasy because of all the identity theft you have read about recently so you just refuse to have your credit history in anyone’s hands.  In this case you would have to weigh the balance between your need for privacy and the realization that you will be paying more for the no credit check loan.

If you need to pursue no credit check loans because you have bad credit or no credit understand that it will cost you.  There are some perks though.  Not only will it provide you with the funds you need at the moment but you can also pay down no credit check personal loans in a timely manner.  This will go a long way in beginning to repair broken credit.  Remember, although the lenders are out there you need to choose wisely.  Make sure you only agree to terms you can live with. You have to remember that it all comes down to the law of demand and supply. If you are looking for a no credit check loan, then the lenders already know that this is most likely your only option, and they will do whatever they can to charge you as much as possible for it.
